The air valve 17 is pressed to the seat made inside the body by the spring 16, and it sepa-

rates E chamber from F chamber. B chamber is connected with F chamber by holes, C and G
chambers are connected with the drain hole. K and D chambers are interconnected by holes. K
chamber is connected with the clutch release master cylinder through the connection hole in the
lid 21 and pipelines. E chamber is connected with the air tank through the connection hole in the
lid 15 and pipelines. E chamber has compressed air outlet for the booster control gear.

4.2.1.5 Clutch Pedal Motion Adjustment

Carry out adjustment when the system is com-

pletely run with fluid and there is no compressed air in the pneumatic part of the drive as follows:

- loosen the pedal stop 11 lock nut (see figure 43) and screw it into the pedal against stop;
- put the clutch master cylinder 7 in the upper position in oval holes of the bracket 5;
- fix the master cylinder by the stop 6 and bolts 3;
- put the clutch pedal to metal;
- check the correctness of clutch release (the clutch should not “play”);
- if the clutch “plays”, make the clutch released by moving the master cylinder down with

1/2 torque pitch until the stop 6 and releasing the bolts;
