7.2 Truck Lubrication 

 

General 
In  the  Lubricants  and  Hydraulic  Fluids  Charts  instruction  for  the  usage  of  combustive 

and lubricating materials of domestic manufacture and their foreign analogues upon truck opera-
tion in the conditions of moderate climate are given. Detailed recommendations and procedure of 
lubrication of separate parts are specified in respective sections of the operation manual, enclosed 
to every truck. 

Lubrication  is  implemented  upon  the  maintenance  with  the  prescribed  periodicity  and 

the component overhaul. 

When changing the engine oil with all-season oil, vice versa, change oil filter elements, 

and wash out the centrifugal oil-cleaning filter. 

The range of the leading and variety of combustive and lubricating materials of the pow-

erplant,  and  also  seasonality  and  periodicity  of  their  change  should  correspond  to  the  operation 
manual for engines YAMZ, enclosed to every truck.
