Function block “Heating circuit” can be used as a “virtual heating circuit“. It calculates a
weather-compensated flow temperature setpoint, but does not deliver any output sig-
nals (hence, pump or mixing valve for the heating circuit is not a mandatory require-
ment!). The weather-compensated flow temperature setpoint is delivered to the main
flow and acts as weather-compensated heat demand.
