21 Point Exams (only for Plus Package)

Changing 21 Point Exams Setting (only for Plus Package)

Only the set chart for [#11Div(F)], [#9,10 Conv(F)], [#12B Supra(F)], or [#12B 
Infra(F)] can be changed the settings. The auxiliary lens is fixed as binocular 
open and designated eye is fixed as binocular.
