4.1 Warnings common to all systems (SYW

)

Examine the causes of the

emergency stop, and remove

unit (RIO1). Or, the
communication cable with the
remote I/O unit (RIO1) is not
connected properly.

•

Examine the causes of the remote

I/O unit emergency stop, and
remove them.

•

Check the cable connection.

SYW0003 RIO2

error

An emergency stop input signal
was received from a remote I/O
unit (RIO2). Or, the
communication cable with the
remote I/O unit (RIO2) is not
connected properly.

•

Examine the causes of the remote

I/O unit emergency stop, and
remove them.

•

Check the cable connection.

SYW0004 RIO3

abnormality in the connection
between the NC main unit and
remote IO unit.

SYW0006 PLC signal

An emergency stop signal was
input from the PLC.

•

Cancel the signal with a machine

switch such as READY.

SYW0007 EMG stop: SV

This appears when the power is
OFF.

•

This is not a particular problem.

SYW0008 Ext board EMG

stop: SV end off

An emergency stop occurred
because the servo terminator or
battery is not connected
properly.

•

Check the connection status of

the servo communication cable
and connectors.

SYW0009 RIO4

error

The emergency stop input
signal was input from the
remote IO unit (R104). The
communication cable with the
remote IO unit (R104) is
disconnected.

•

Check and remove the cause of

the remote IO unit emergency
stop.

•

Check the cable connection.

provided for saving data in the
