Read holding register access log (H46 or 70)
A response can be made to a query made by the function code H03 or H10.
The starting address of the holding registers that succeeded in access during previous communi-
cation and the number of successful registers are returned.
In response to the query for other than the above function code, 0 is returned for the address and
number of registers.

For example, when the starting address 0001 is returned, the address of the
