(4) Stop hardware by high/low limit
(a) When positioning control, if the signal of hardware high/low limit is inputted, then stop positioning control and it will be
decelerated and stopped as set time at

, and error will be occurred.
(b) In case of external input stroke high limit error, error 492 will occur and in case of external input stroke low limit error, error
493 will occur.
