10. “PROGRAM” mode
10.4 Compiling
To compile the program and create an executable object program, follow the procedure
below. The object program allows you to check input errors or bugs after program editing.
[Procedure]
1) In “PROGRAM>DIR” mode, select the program to compile with cursor (
↑
/
↓
) keys
and press the
ESC
key.
2) Press the
F 5
(COMPILE) key to enter “PROGRAM>COMPILE” mode.
A confirmation message appears on the guideline.
3) Press the
F 4
(YES) key to compile the program.
The message “Compiling” is displayed during compiling.
Press the
F 5
(NO) key if you want to cancel the compiling.

If an error is found in the command statements, the program listing for that line appears
along with an error message, and the compiling stops. When the compiling ends
normally, an object program has been made. The previous object program was deleted.
