Remove the toner cartridges and oil bottle from the printer. See
“Removing and Installing a Toner Cartridge” and “Installing
or Replacing the Fuser Oil Bottle” in chapter 2 for details.
5.
Align the printer squarely over the LFU and lower the printer
onto the LFU alignment posts (fig. 10.4).
Warning!
The printer weighs approximately 101 lbs (46 kg)
without toner, cassettes, and media installed.
Always
have two people lift the printer
by the recessed grip
areas on the bottom sides.

Attach the printer to the LFU. To do this

Slide the LFU connector cover down until its top tab is
free of the printer and then lift the cover out (fig. 10.5).
Save this cover in a safe place.
