Replacing the Encapsulated Flow Restrictors
This section provides instruction for replacing the 1/4-in. OD x 1/4-in. length encapsulated
flow restrictors. The flow restrictors are located inside the manifold marked
Gas Outputs
on
the GDI electrical interface. See
Figure 501.

To replace an encapsulated flow restrictor
1. Remove the Gas Outputs manifold from the GDI electrical interface by unscrewing its
fixing screws using a T20 Torxhead screwdriver. See
Figure 502.

2. Remove the encapsulated flow restrictor of interest from its seat using tweezers.
