Check the fuse to be sure it is of the proper value.
CAUTION
The 372 can be damaged if the wrong line fuse is installed.

Make sure that the 372 has the appropriate operating environĆ
ment. Specifications for temperature, relative humidity, altitude, vibraĆ
tions and emissions are included in Appendix B.
ăStep 5:ă
To prevent instrument damage from overheated components,
make sure the internal airflow is not blocked, and check that the ventilaĆ
tion holes on the bottom and side of the cabinet are not covered.
ăStep 6:ă
Connect the Test Fixture to the 372 using the 3 triaxial cables
and the Test Fixture cable, which are provided as standard accessories,
as shown in Figure 1Ć3.
CAUTION
When inserting the Test Fixture Cable Plug into the connector on
the rear panel of the 372 or into the connector on the rear panel of
the Text Fixture, make sure that the plug is parallel to the connector
surface so that the pins will be inserted straight into the connector.
