Connection and Source Mode

Construct a measurement circuit as shown in Figure 1Ć7 by connecting the

HPU and LPU SMUs to the channels where the DUT leads are connected,

and determine the source mode of the HPU and LPU. There are two source

modes:I" mode which works as a regulated current supply and V" mode

which works as a regulated voltage power supply.
