Pass Mode Selection Box - When pass mode is set to CONTINUOUS,
the designated test is repeated until the [STOP] button on the front
panel is pressed. By setting it to SINGLE, the designated test is carried
out once.

Group Exec Selection Box - Sets the group execution mode when a
test is run. By setting group execution mode to ALL, the test covers all
test items displayed in the Test Item selection box. When set to INDIVIDĆ
UAL is selected, only the items selected in the Test Item selection box
are tested.

Status Display Zone - Upon completion of the test, status of the test
result is displayed. In the case of the continuous pass test, test result of
each pass is displayed. The following items are displayed in the status
display zone:
INDEX - PASSED is displayed when the test is completed normally, and
FAILED in case the instrument does not pass the test. Display ******
shows no test has been executed or the first pass test has not been
completed.
ERROR (COUNT) - Indicates the number of errors. For the BLOCK level
or AREA level, total amount of errors which occurred at the lower level is
displayed.
For the ROUTINE level, following items may be displayed in addition to
those above:
ADDR - Indicates I/O mapping address. These address are displayed
for the routines in the CPU1 block.
EXPECTED - Indicates an expected value to indicate an error. When
the value of test result shown by ACTUAL does not meet the expected
value, an error is indicated. These values are displayed for the routines
in the CPU1 block.
MIN. MAX - Shows allowable values to indicate an error. When the
value of the test result shown by ACTUAL is out of the range indicated
by the MAX and MIN values, an error is indicated. These values are
displayed for the routines in the CPU2, HPU, LPU and GNDU blocks.
ACTUAL - Indicates the test result value.
When an error occurs in a self test of a higher level, you can move to the
ROUTINE level after execution and find out which routine does not work
properly by checking the status values displayed in the Status Display Zone.

A self test can be executed in seven internal function blocks:

CPU1 - Checks the CPU1 and its peripheral interface unit

CUP2 - Checks the CPU2
H
HPU - Checks the HPU
