Wait and Suspend
Two type of instructions allow timing of measurements or synchronization
with measurements of another instrument. The WAIT instruction is specified
by time, and the WAITTTL instruction waits until an input signal from the TTL
I/O port is asserted or unasserted.
The PAUSE instruction can also be used to suspend execution of a program
and proceed to the next step while checking the state of program execution.
The suspended program can be resumed by pressing the [START] button
on the front panel.
Register
In the FOR loop counter, the X register is used internally as a loop counter.
The contents of X register can be referred to with &" as shown below. There
can only be one &" in a file name in which the settings or curves are saved
or loaded, or in a subroutine name.
Example:&X, FET&X.DAT, BJT&X.SET, SUB&X, etc.
All instructions and their arguments that can be used with a program are
listed in Table 3Ć49. A summary is shown in Table 3Ć50.
In Table 3Ć50 the following symbols are used.
<>
Indicates a defined item.
{}
Selectable items are grouped.
|
Selects exclusively.
::=
Defines left side as right side.
