Getting Started

Touch the [Y DATA] selector to display the YĆDATA popĆup menu.

H

Touch the [HPUI] box to select the drain current to be measured for

the Y axis.

H

Touch the [Y SCALE] selector to display the YĆSCALE popĆup menu.

H

Touch the [LIN] box to set the Y axis to linear scale.

ăStep 5:ă

Set the scroll mode for the X axis as follows:

H

Touch the [SCROLL MODE] selector to display the Scroll Mode

popĆup menu.

H

Select the [NO SCROLL] box to set the X axis to No Scroll mode.

The above are the default settings. If the parameters have not been

switched to another setting, these steps can be omitted.

Source Setup

Actual operation values of each SMU must be set. The start and stop value

of the HPU and LPU are the value at which the measurement starts and the

value set in the hold time after measurement starts (see Figure 1Ć48).

With the selectors in the Source Setup section, set the source

parameters.

The relationships between various source setup values and selectors

are shown in Table 1Ć4.
