Setups
All setups required for a measurement are performed via the CONFIG menu.
This menu has 4 basic sections. The contents of the menu are changed
according to the setups.
In the CONFIG menu, the setups made in Connection, Operation Mode (not
all setups), and Graph Display sections are called Configuration, and can be
performed automatically for the specified measurement item by selecting a
DUT type and a measurement item using the catalog setup feature.
Steps 1 through 16 describe the entire procedure for setup. Manual setup
procedures for the configuration are described in steps 1 through 9. If the
catalog setup is used, use steps 1 through 5 in Catalog Setup, and then
continue with steps 10 through 16.

after the setups in the CONFIG menu are completed. However, you can
initiate the measurement while the CONFIG menu is being displayed, or
move back to the CONFIG menu from the MEASURE menu during measureĆ
ment, and perform a dynamic change of the selectors.
Certain parts of the setups performed in the CONFIG menu can also be
performed with the SETUP application menu displayed in the application
section of the MEASURE menu. This feature is provided for dynamic change
to change settings as you check curves displayed on the graph. For details,
refer to Dynamic changes in Measurement in this Section.
Settings in the CONFIG menu can be stored on a floppy disk for future use.
Refer to Saving and Loading Settings, Curves and Programs in this section.
