Cause of
alarm
The upper controller inputs ControlWord; the input should have an appropriate
value assigned that corresponds to the movement mode. This error will occur if the
wrong value is assigned.

Cause of
alarm
1. Objects 0x6093/0x6095/0x6097 are inputted by the upper controller; if zero was
assigned to the object value (usually the denominator), this error will occur.
2. The sub-objects of related unit conversion objects
0x6091/0x6093/0x6095/0x6097, and the multiplied numerator and denominator
settings exceeded the range 1/32767~32767.
To set speed related objects 0x6095 and 0x6091, in which 0x6091.1=1,
0x6091.2=1, and 0x6095.1=32768, 0x6095.2=1(32768/1 > 32767), this alarm will
pop up at this time.
