CLUTCH 7-11
CLUTCH RELEASE CAMSHAFT
REMOVAL
• Remove the clutch cover and its gasket. (

• Remove the pressure plate and push rod. (

• Remove the retainer

by removing its bolt

• Disconnect the clutch cable

• Pull the clutch release camshaft

out of crankcase.
INSPECTION
CLUTCH RELEASE CAMSHAFT
• Inspect the clutch release camshaft for abnormal deflection
and damage.
• If any defects are found, replace the release camshaft with a
new one.
OIL SEAL AND BEARING
• Inspect the oil seal

for oil leakage and oil seal lip damage.
• Inspect the bearings

for play and smooth movement.
• If necessary, replace the defective parts with a new one.
