7-12     CLUTCH

INSTALLATION

Install the clutch release camshaft 

1

 in the reverse order of

removal. Pay attention to the following points:

• Apply SUZUKI MOLY PASTE to the clutch release camshaft.

99000-25140: SUZUKI MOLY PASTE or equivalent

 

• Apply grease to the oil seal lip.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”

or equivalent

• Install the clutch release camshaft

 and connect the clutch

cable

• Install the push rod and pressure plate. (

• Install the clutch cover and its gasket. (

• Install the retainer

 and tighten the retainer bolt
