• Install the spring

to the kick starter shaft.
• Apply MOLYBDENUM OIL SOLUTION to the stopper portion

of the kick starter and

of the stopper guide.

• Install the kick starter shaft assembly onto the crankcase.
NOTE:
Securely engage the stopper portion

of the kick starter with
the stopper guide

• Hook the end of return spring to the crankcase hole
