• Install the piston

with the punch mark

facing towards the
exhaust side.
• Before installing the piston pin

, apply MOLYBDENUM OIL
SOLUTION onto its surface.
MOLYBDENUM OIL SOLUTION
• Place a clean rag over the cylinder base to prevent the piston
pin circlip

from dropping into crankcase. Install the piston
pin circlip

NOTE:
End gap of the piston pin circlip
3
should not be aligned with the
cutaway

in the piston pin bore.
Replace the piston pin circlip
3
with a new one.
