• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts

When tightening the handlebar clamp bolts

Handlebar clamp bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lbf-ft)
• Tighten the handlebar holder set nuts

to the specified
torque.
Handlebar holder set nut: 44 N·m (4.4 kgf-m, 32.0 lbf-ft)
• Apply grease to the throttle cable and their hole.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Align the matching mark

on the handlebars with the match-
ing surface of throttle holder.
• Tighten the screws
