6-20 CYLINDER HEAD, CYLINDER AND PISTON

INTAKE PIPE REMOVAL

• Remove the intake pipe clamp

• Remove intake pipe

by removing its bolts

INTAKE PIPE INSTALLATION

• Apply grease to O-ring of the intake pipe.



99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”

or equivalent

• Install the intake pipe

and tighten the intake pipe bolts

the specified torque.

NOTE:
Make sure that the “UP” mark

faces up.



Intake pipe bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ibf-ft)
