With this function enabled, if no user authentication is
performed on the ports initially, after all RADIUS servers
are invalidated, the user will initiate the authentication and
the port will enter the IAB status and to be added to the
VLAN configured. If this function is disabled, the VLAN of
the port is not changed when the port is in the IAB status.
