2.4 Suitable Serial Cables
The CTSgo program and the CTS allow for various settings of data transmission. Depending on the
handshake method used, different conditions have to be met by the cable. Handshake means that the
devices inform each other whether they are ready to receive data. Disabling the handshake function by
setting NONE is not recommended. In the description it is assumed that a 9-contact connector is fitted
at both cable ends.
