Printer Options

Removing an Internal IDE Hard Disk

Note:

You need a Phillips screwdriver for this procedure.

Remove the four screws

that fasten the hard disk
to the IDE-SCSI board.

Note:

Save the four screws.

You will use them if you
install another internal IDE
hard disk.

Remove one end of the connector cable from the IDE-SCSI
board and the other end of the cable from the hard disk connec-
tor.

Caution:

Do not push or pull from the ribbon cable, use the cable

connector.
