To enable the Roll Call feature, select the
Enable Roll Call
option.

Enable Tones
to enable the
Tone Notifications
option.
The dialog box changes to display the tone notification options.

to disable the Roll Call and Tone Notifications features.

If you enable the
Roll Call
option, assign the audio file to the message type in the
Message File
column, and click the appropriate table entry.
An arrow appears in the
Message File
column.

Click the arrow to open the
Message File
list and select the appropriate audio file.
If the Roll Call option is enabled, you must assign the appropriate audio files to all message types.
