Ensure handle (A) is positioned so locks (B) can engage the
float module.

DANGER
Ensure that all bystanders have cleared the area.
3.
Start the engine and slowly drive the combine up to the
float module until feeder house saddle (A) is directly under
float module top cross member (B).
4.
Raise the feeder house slightly to lift the header, ensuring
the feeder saddle is properly engaged in the float
module frame.
5.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from
the ignition.

Lift lever (A) on the float module on the left side of the
feeder house, and push handle (B) on the combine to
engage locks (C) on both sides of the feeder house.
7.
Push down on lever (A) so the slot in the lever engages the
handle and locks the handle in place.
8.
If the lock does not fully engage pin (D) on the float module
when lever (A) and handle (B) are engaged, loosen bolts (E)
and adjust lock (C). Retighten the bolts.
