Install the bolt from inside of the feed deck to secure idler
cover (B).

Install nut (B). Do

NOT

overtighten the nut. It should be

snug, as it holds the idler cover in place and it must move
with the idler roller.

side of the deck frame.

Brush idler roller shaft (A) with oil.

10. Carefully rotate bearing assembly (B) onto shaft (A) by hand

to prevent seal damage.

IMPORTANT:

Ensure the bearing assembly is square to the shaft to
prevent seal damage during installation.
