Cannot Print to the Controller
Problem Description
You are unable to print to the controller. Using the Troubleshooting
checklist, Cannot Print from Client on page 257, you have narrowed the
problem down to a network-related issue. For example, network printing
services have not been set up correctly or the controller has not been
properly configured to operate in your network environment.
The following checklist helps you identify the source of the error and
directs you to where you can find more information about resolving it. If
the problem persists after you have followed all of the steps, contact your
Imagistics authorized dealer for support.
Possible device
name conflicts 6 Make sure that the device
name for the controller is
unique and verify that the
WINS and/or DNS server
database are not causing
potential naming conflicts
with the controller settings. If
necessary, change the
settings and reboot the
controller. After the
controller comes back
online, can you see the
controller in the network?
