This transfer agent faxes scanned files to specified e-mail addresses.

the sender’s name.
Return E-mail Address:
the sender’s e-mail address (up to 128
characters).
To:
click this link to open the Addresses popup and select recipients.
Alternatively, for one recipient you may prefer to type the e-mail
address in the text box.
Subject:
enter the topic of the fax (one line).
Body Text:
enter any cover message (up to 1 KB).
Attachment File Format:

Send to Document Manager
This transfer agent stores scanned files in a Document Manager folder.
Document Manager Folder:
enter the name of the destination folder
in Document Manager. The exact folder path is displayed below.
If the folder is a private folder and the folder name is the same as a
user home private folder, a new folder with the same name is created
under the user’s home folder. For example,
Private\Imagisticsuser\Imagisticsuser. If you leave the folder name
blank, no folder is created and the scanned files are stored in the
user’s home folder. For example, Private\Imagisticsuser.
Folder Type:
click the down arrow and choose from
Public
,
Private
, or
Department
. If you choose
Private
, you must enter your login name and
password.
Folder Path:
displays the folder path which is defined by the
Folder
Type
.
Login Name:
enter your Document Manager login name (up to 15
characters).
Password:
enter your Document Manager login password (up to 10
characters).
Confirm Password:
enter your Document Manager login password
again.
Document Name:
enter the name of the scanned document.
