To refresh and restore the settings to their last saved state, click

any time.
Setting the Default Date and Time Formats
1 Log in as the administrator.
2 Click the
Preferences
tab. The Preferences page opens.
3 Click the
Date Format
drop-down menu and select the date format. Your
choices are:
MM/DD/YY
MM/DD/YYYY
DD/MM/YY
DD/MM/YYYY
YY/MM/DD
YYYY/MM/DD
where: DD indicates the day, MM indicates the month, YY indicates
the last two digits of the current year, and YYYY indicates the full
four-digit year.
