Cannot Discover Device
Problem Description
Controllers are discovered automatically using SNMP. When ipc1
Document Monitor cannot automatically discover an installed controller
over the network, the most likely cause is limitations of the protocols on

• Peer to Peer networking
• Clients running on the
Macintosh platform
