1 Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the Administration tab.
3 Click the Setup subtab.
4 Click the
Send to E-mail
link.
5 To enable
SMTP Authentication
, select
Enable
from the drop-down list.
6 Click the
Enable Automatic Logout
check box to automatically log users
out after a period of time.
7 In the
Timeout Interval
pull-down list, select the number of minutes for
the interval. The options include one-minute intervals from
20
to
120
minutes.
8 If you want the e-mail address of the sender to be modifiable at the
copier control panel, select
Enable
from the
E-mail Address modifiable at the
Panel
drop-down list.
9 Click
OK
to save the settings.
Configuring the Send to iFax Agent
The Send to iFax agent sends the scanned file as an internet fax job. You
need to list the recipient addresses and supply the covering message.
