Log in as an administrator.

Click the
Administration
tab.

On the
Device
subtab, click
Printer
. The Print Settings page opens.

Under
Raw Job Settings
, either select an existing queue name and click
Edit
to modify an existing queue or click
Add
to create a new queue.

The Edit or Add dialog box opens.

Click the drop-down menus to set these raw job options:
Queue Name:
If you are creating a new queue, enter the queue
name in the text field.
Note: Any new queue you create must be an LPR queue. Also, you
cannot delete the built-in queues.
Duplex Printing:
Disable
or
Enable
duplex printing for the raw job
by selecting the appropriate value in this pull-down list.
Paper Size:
Use this pull-down list to select the desired paper
size from among:
Ledger
,
Legal
,
Letter
,
COMPUTER
,
Statement
,
A3
,
A4
,
A5
,
B4
,
B5
,
Folio
,
13-inch Legal
,
8.5-inch square
,
8K
, and
16K
.
Paper Type:
Use this pull-down list to select the desired paper
type from among:
Plain
,
Transparency
,
Tab Paper
,
Thick 1
,
Thick 2
,
Cover
,
Insert
, and
Special
.
Note: If you select both the paper size and the paper type from the
pull-down lists, make sure that paper of the correct type and size is in
the appropriate source.
Orientation:
Use this pull-down list to select the printing
orientation. The options are:
Portrait
and
Landscape
.
Stapling:
Use this pull-down list to select the stapling option. The
options are:
Off
and
On
.
Output Tray:
Use this pull-down list to select the desired output
tray. The options are:
Tray 1
and
Tray 2
.
Points per Line:
Use this numeric field to define the number of
points per line for the text. This value should include both the
space that the letters occupy (the
Font Point Size
) and any
interline space needed to make the lines distinct. See the note
below for additional information regarding point size and the use
of points per line, font pitch, and font point size.
PCL Font Pitch:
Use this numeric field to define the font pitch
for the text.
Font Pitch
defines the number of characters that will
fit into an inch of line length. Font Pitch is only valid when using
a fixed pitch or non-proportional font in which each character
takes up the same space on the line as any other character. See
