Input signal
Pin number Signal name Function
1 START Starts a test, and generates output voltage.
20 STOP Ends a test, and shuts down output voltage.
3 INTERLOCK Cancels the interlock state.
The interlock state is canceled while the signal is at the same potential
(ON) as ISO_COM.
Placing the signal in the open (OFF) state triggers the interlock,
preventing testing from starting.
The test is stopped when it turns OFF during the test.

4, 5, 22, 23 LOAD0 to LOAD3 Selects the number of the panel to be loaded.
6 LOAD_VALID Executes the panel load.
[INFO:002 Panel loading...] is displayed during panel load and does
not accept any key input.

13 BDD Outputs when the BDD count is 1 or more.
28 TEST Outputs during a test.
31 VON Outputs when the voltage monitor value is within
±
10% of the set
voltage value.
10 SYSTEM_ERR Outputs when the following errors occur.
• When an internal temperature error occurs
• When a fan error occurs
• When a model information error occurs
• When a setting backup error occurs
EXT. I/O input and output signals cannot be used while the measurement conditions are being
changed inside the instrument.
