Contact check
Setting whether to enable or disable the contact check function
Syntax Command
:CONTactcheck {ON|OFF}
Description Sets whether to enable or disable the contact check function.
Example
:CONTactcheck ON
The contact check function is set to ON at the start of the test.
Querying whether to enable or disable the contact check function
Syntax Query
:CONTactcheck?
Response
(2 or 3 bytes +

Description Queries whether to enable or disable the contact check function.
Example
:CONTactcheck?
ON
The contact check function is enabled.
Setting the judgment threshold value of the contact check
Syntax Command
:CONTactcheck:CAPacitance:THReshold <Threshold
value>
• Threshold value {0.1E-09 to 100.0E-9}
Sets the threshold value.
Description Specifies the judgment threshold value of the contact check.
Example
:CONTactcheck:CAPacitance:THReshold 20E-9
The judgment threshold value of the contact check is set to 20 nF.
Querying the judgment threshold value of the contact check
Syntax Query
:CONTactcheck:CAPacitance:THReshold?
Response

Returns the threshold value.
Description Queries the judgment threshold value of the contact check.

Excecuting the contact check
Syntax
Command
:CONTactcheck:EXECute
Description Performs a contact check.
Executing this command when testing cannot be started will cause an execution error. For
example, executing it while the interlock is activated or while the EXT. I/O STOP signal is
ON will result in an execution error.
It may take up to 50 ms from execution until completion. Query the contact check
capacitance value and judgment result after the contact check completes.
