Querying the contact check capacitance value
Syntax
Query
:CONTactcheck:CAPacitance?

• Capacitance value {0.0E-09 to 200.0E-09|999.9E-09}
Returns the capacitance value.
Description Queries the capacitance value when a contact check is performed.
When the capacitance value is 200 nF or more (OVER), 999.9E-09 is returned.

The capacitance value for the contact check is 20 nF.
Querying the contact check judgment result
Syntax Query
:CONTactcheck:RESult?
Response

<Contact check judgment result>
• Contact check judgment result {NONE|PASS|FAIL}
Returns the judgment result of the contact check.
Description Returns the judgment result of the contact check.
NONE The contact check function is disabled, or there is no judgment result (not
measured).
PASS The judgment result of the contact check is PASS.
When the capacitance value is more than 200 nF (OVER), PASS is
returned as well.
FAIL The judgment result of the contact check is FAIL.

FAIL
The judgment result of the contact check is FAIL.
BDD
Setting the BDD judgment based on the CC (charging) voltage
Syntax Command
:BDD:CC:V {ON|OFF}
Description Sets the BDD judgment using the CC (charging) voltage.
Example
:BDD:CC:V ON
The BDD judgment is set to be performed using the CC (charging) voltage.
Querying the BDD judgment using the CC (charging) voltage

:BDD:CC:V?

Description Queries the BDD judgment setting using the CC (charging) voltage.
