Setting the threshold value % for the BDD judgment using the CV (steady state) current
Syntax

Sets the threshold value %.
Description Specifies the threshold value %.
Example
:BDD:CV:I:THReshold 5.5
The threshold value % for the BDD judgment using the CV (steady state) current is set to
5.5%.
Querying the threshold value % for the BDD judgment using the CV (steady state) current

Querying the BDD count saved in the memory
Syntax Query
:BDD:COUNt? [{CCV|CVV|CVI}]

• Number of measured values saved in the memory {0 to 99}
Returns the BDD count saved in the memory.
Description Queries the BDD count saved in the memory.
If the optional BDD detection method is specified, the command will return the count
detected using that method.
As the test starts, the memory is cleared once and then the BDD measured values are
saved in the internal memory. Up to 99 measured values can be saved in the memory and
any BDD measured values after that are not saved.
By querying the number of measured values saved in the memory, you can find out the
number of measured values returned with the
:BDD:MEMory?
query.
