Measurement settings

Setting the test voltage

Syntax

Command

:VOLTage <Test voltage>

•

Test voltage {25 to 500}

Sets the test voltage.

Description

Specifies the test voltage. Sending this command causes instrument operation to stop

for 1 second so that the internal circuit’s voltage can stabilize. Add a timeout of at least

1 second to query responses.

Example

:VOLTage 100

The test voltage is set to 100 V.

If you set the test voltage to 99 V or less when the range is preset to 2000 M

, the range

is changed to 200 M

Querying the test voltage

Sets the resistance range.

Description

Specifies the resistance range.

The 2000 M

range can be specified when the test voltage is 100 V or more.

If the 2000 M

range is specified when the test voltage is less than 100 V, an execution

error occurs.
