3.2 Setting the Range (Auto/Manual)
There are two range settings, auto range and manual range. For the manual range, you can select
from four settings, 2 M

, 20 M
Ω
, 200 M
Ω
, and 2000 M
Ω
. The range that can be set, however,
varies depending on the test voltage.
See “9.2 Input, Output, and Measurement Specifications” (p. 180).
In the auto range, range movement takes place after the test starts. It may take time for the
measured value to be displayed. In order to eliminate the wait time, set the range to manual
according to the DUT.
Setting the test voltage in the Measurement screen

Lower the range
