Memory Function

4.4 Memory Function

This instrument saves up to 999 measured values from the start to the end of the test in the internal
memory. After the 1000th value, measured values will no longer be saved. The following information
is saved:

Time stamp (ms)

Indicates the time from the start of high-voltage application until the

resistance value is finalized.

Does not include the contact check time.

Measurement status

Indicates the measured value status. For more information, see the

description of the

:MEASure?

(p. 137) command.

Resistance value (

Ω

)

Indicates the insulation resistance value. For more information about the

measured value format, see the description of the

:MEASure?

command.

Judgment result

Indicates the comparator judgment result. For more information, see the

description of the

:MEASure?

command.

Voltage value (V)

Indicates the voltage value used to calculate the resistance value.

Current value (A)

Indicates the current value used to calculate the resistance value.

BDD result

Indicates the count detected by the BDD function.

Contact check result

Indicates the result of the contact check performed at the start of the test.

You can check the number of data points saved in memory using the

:MEASure:COUNt?

query

(p. 139).
The measured values saved in the memory can be loaded using the

:MEASure:MEMory?

query

(p. 139).
You can set which information to load with the command

:MEASure:VALid

command (p. 136).

The memory is cleared when the power is turned ON again or the test starts.
