Setting the key lock passcode
Syntax
Command
:SYSTem:KLOCk:PASScode {ON|OFF} [,
<"Passcode">]
• {ON|OFF}
Sets the key lock passcode.
• “Passcode” {up to 8 characters, including single-byte numerals (0 to 9),
letters (a through z), and the underbar character (_)}
Specifies the passcode. It is optional.
Description Sets the key lock passcode.
The passcode is enclosed in double quotation marks ("). The passcode is not changed if it
is optional.
Example
:SYSTem:KLOCk:PASScode ON,"HIOKI"
The key lock passcode setting is enabled and the passcode is set to “HIOKI”.
Querying the key lock passcode
Syntax
Query
:SYSTem:KLOCk:PASScode?
Response
(5 to 14 bytes +
CRLF)
{ON|OFF},<"Passcode">
{ON|OFF}
Returns the key lock passcode setting.
“Passcode” {up to 8 characters, including single-byte numerals (0 to 9),
letters (a through z), and the underbar character (_)}
The passcode is returned.

Querying the EXT. I/O NPN/PNP switch status

Returns the EXT. I/O NPN/PNP switch status.
Description Queries the EXT. I/O NPN/PNP switch status.

The EXT. I/O NPN/PNP switch is set to NPN.
Querying the FPGA version number
Syntax Query
:SYSTem:FPGA?
[<Type>]
• FPGA type {MAIN|SUB}
Specifies the FPGA type. The FPGA version number is returned if the
FPGA type is optional.
Response
(8 bytes +
CRLF)
<FPGA version No.>
• FPGA version number
Returns the FPGA version number.
Description Queries the FPGA version number. A response of 8 characters is returned.
Example
:SYSTem:FPGA? MAIN
A1234567
The main FPGA version number is A1234567.
