Time
Setting the time during which a test voltage is applied
The test time is the time period during which a test voltage is applied.
IMPORTANT
• As the range movement takes time in the auto range, a test is ended without displaying the
measured value if a short test time is set. When the auto range is selected, check the time until
the measured value is stabilized and set the test time.
• Depending on the DUT, the measured resistance value may drop as time passes.
(For instance, when the ground to ground capacitance is high)
When an improper test time is set, false judgment may occur. Properly check the time until the
measured value is stabilized and set the test time.
• The measured value may not be stabilized due to environmental influences, such as humidity.
Check the time until the measured value is stabilized and set the test time.

Open the Setting screen.
[SET] Select

Set [TIMER] to [ON] .
Select (up/down keys)
[ON]
[OFF]

Switch to the edit mode.
Select (left/right keys)
