Setting the comparator upper/lower limit values
Syntax
Command
:COMParator:LIMit <Upper limit>,<Lower limit>
• Comparator upper limit {0.000E+06 to 9999E+06|OFF}
Sets the comparator upper limit value.
• Comparator lower limit {0.000E+06 to 9999E+06|OFF}
Sets the comparator lower limit value.
Description
Specifies the comparator upper/lower limit values.
Set the upper/lower limit values so that the upper limit value is equal to or more than the
lower limit value.
If the upper limit value is less than the lower limit value, an execution error occurs.
Example
:COMParator:LIMit 5E6,2E6
The comparator upper limit value is set to 5 M

and the lower limit value to 2 M

Querying the comparator upper/lower limit values
Syntax Query
:COMParator:LIMit?
Response

Setting the comparator test mode
Syntax Command
:COMParator:MODE <Test mode>
• Test mode {CONTinue|PASSstop|FAILstop}
Sets the comparator test mode.
Description Specifies the comparator test mode.
CONTinue The test is continued regardless of the comparator judgment result.
PASSstop The test is ended when the comparator judgment result is PASS.
FAILstop The test is ended when the comparator judgment result is FAIL.
Example
:COMParator:MODE PASSstop
The test is set to be ended when the comparator judgment result is PASS.
Querying the comparator test mode
Syntax Query
:COMParator:MODE?

Returns the comparator test mode.
