Display during a Test
4.2 Display during a Test
The test voltage is applied to the DUT from the instrument during the test.
If the test time is set to [ON]
See “3.5 Setting the Test Time and Comparator Delay Time” (p. 40).
When the
START key is pressed, the test voltage is applied to the DUT and the timer starts
counting down.
The remaining time is displayed in the test time display area (TIMER).
[D] is displayed at the left side of the countdown time during comparator delay.
The display during comparator delay is the same whether the comparator delay time is set to [AUTO]
or [MANUAL] .
Resistance measurement is performed until the set timer time and then the measured value is
displayed. (The unit is M

When the comparator function is selected, a judgment is made according to the test mode setting.
