Checking for Any Contact Defects and Confirming Contact Condition (Contact Check Function)

Threshold value

•

The threshold value of a contact check is set as an electrostatic capacitance value for this
instrument. It can be selected in the range between 0.1 nF and 100 nF.

•

Contact check judgments are generated by comparing the set threshold value with the DUT’s
electrostatic capacitance value.When the electrostatic capacitance between the HIGH terminal
and LOW terminal is below the threshold value, the display will show
