Enabling/Disabling the Key Operations
Releasing the key lock by entering the passcode
Executing the key lock is the same as the normal key lock function.
See “Disabling the key operations (key lock)” (p. 68).

Release the key lock.
[UNLOCK]
Display the passcode input dialog box

Enter and confirm a passcode.
Confirm
If the set passcode and entered passcode match, [LOCK] at the upper right disappears
and the key operation is enabled.
Unless the set passcode and entered passcode match, the key lock cannot be released.
IMPORTANT
If you forget the passcode, use either of the following communications commands:
• Querying and reconfiguring the passcode “Querying the key lock passcode” (p. 159)
• Resetting the system “Changing the settings to the default settings (except for the
communications settings)” (p. 131)
