Influence of Capacitive Load

Repeatability

Measurement conditions

Connect the resistance load and capacitive load in parallel for measurement. (See the following

figure.)
(Use a film capacitor as a capacitor.)

Instrument

In the following test data, a capacitive load is connected and measurement is performed 100 times
in the 200 M

range for each voltage value. The variation is calculated based on the average of

the 100 measurements. The measured values are acquired with the capacitor charged.
(The test time is 100 seconds at most.)
