Response messages accumulate in the output queue and all data are received
and cleared.
The output queue is also cleared when the power is turned off and turned on
again.
The 3155 has an output queue of 300 bytes capacity. If the response messages
overflow this limit of 300 bytes, a query error is generated, and the output
buffer is cleared.
The 3155 has an input buffer of 300 bytes capacity.
When more than 300 bytes of data are transmitted, when the buffer is full any
subsequent bytes received will be ignored.
(When the controller handshake setting is not the same as the 3155.)
